Dr Pleatman posted a. Link to a webiste where folks can petition cms to cover vertical sleeve gastectomy over in the insurance part of the forum. Could someone make that a sticky until the end of the month when solicitations are no longer accepted and perhaps post a lead to it on the main forum?
