Pre-op diet!

hello just wondering how long and what you were able to eat on your pre-op diet. Mine is for 9 days, 2 shakes 1 yougurt and as many sugar free pops and sugar free liquid I want. Is it hard to get threw it? I want to do it for 2 weeks! Am I crazy?!

    My pre-op diet plan wasn't super strick so tomorrow I will be starting liquids and protein shakes to make sure my liver is shrunk! :) Good Luck!!
