Ok, I'm a newbie here and feeling a little overwhelmed...and don't really know where to post this.....so

Does anyone have any insight as to what I should expect at the seminar & first Dr. appt? What I mean is if my insurance covers the procedure and I've met my deductible, will I have to pay anything upfront? Also do you know if I will have to obtain medical records from past doctors? I mean I could go back to when I was 10, 19 years ago and I'm positive it says "overweight kid." I have Carefirst BCBS, basically federal. I'm just wondering what to expect???? :eek:
