April 19th will be 1 year since I had surgery! I have lost 120 lbs so far. I still have not met my first goal of 180 lbs, I currently weigh 217. I have only lost 3 lbs in the past 2 1/2 months! UGH. I have noticed my snacking picking back up and choosing more fried foods. This is so discouraging to me. I know BETTER! I just feel like a failure right now I even have not been working out. I have had alot of personal changes in my life during the same time frame this maybe impacting me more than I thought but I have to get it together. I want to be at my goal weight by July which I know can be down very easy, it's more about getting my motivation back. I'm thinking about getting a trainer with a boot camp style training to kick my butt back into gear. If anybody has any suggestions please let me know!!!!!!!
