February 7, 201115 yr I have BC/BS of tennesse and they don't cover the sleeve cause it's "experimental" except for 1 group of people (but they won't tell me). Any ideas of when they would cover the sleeve versus the bypass?
February 7, 201115 yr BCBS in other states cover VSG. Check out this woman's blog. She includes letters in her fight to win approval from her insurance company. It might be helpful.
