What website?

I know you guys have posted links a million times....I should have bookmarked them or something.

But what are the websites that you all use to keep track of what you eat daily and do they have the different Protein powders on there too or do you have to enter the nutritional information?

Thanks!

Hey you,

Following your posts, great to hear you're in good spirits and doing so well. I use myfitnesspal.com religiously. It's a pretty good site and yes, most shakes, at least the ones I've used are in there. There are others but I'm not familiar with them.

Voila!

C

myfitnesspal.com here as well.

I have never found one item, food, Protein, drink mix, that isn't already in there database. Even the store brand and generic brand stuff is in there. It's my favorite and I tried about 3 others before switching over.
