Does this mean anything??

I googled medicare 2010 and found this. check out the link and tell me what you think. I think it means that medicare will cover the sleeve, code 43775 starting in January. I don't have medicare, but I'm hoping anthem blue cross will follow suit if medicare starts covering the sleeve!
