Is it really September 2nd???

Wow! August just flew by and my surgery is right around the corner on September 12th! I don't really feel nervous anymore but more like it is a goal that I am making my way to.

I have been doing my best to educate my husband and two daughters (9 and 14) about the surgery and changes. It has been really important for me to explain to my girls that I am doing this to be healthy so we can have lots of fun together!

Can't wait to get started on my new life and will be busy stockpiling for after surgery liquids and Soups.

Anyone else having surgery on September 12th? I am going to True Results in Houston.
