Hi myshine84

Maybe we can Encourage each other, kind of like twins, Since We had it done on the Same Day. In addition to others also.

My goal is to get to 140

And the day of surgery I weighed in at 245

Yesterday at Home I weighed in at 243

I suffered a setback I became dehydrated and had to go to the ER yesterday, but after they put some fluids in my system through the IV, I Feel Much Better.

Prior to I was very weak, dizzy and light headed each time I stood up.

Plus my BP was extremely low prior to the ER visit
