6 months

I have had my band 6 months and I am so pleased with how far I have came. I am down 60lbs, I don't exercise like I should but after working 12 hour days I can't find the energy...any suggestions?

Weight loss is about 80/20 diet/exercise in my opinion. You can keep losing with diet changes but you'd probably lose faster and more overall with exercise. I'd recommend not looking at exercise as actually 'working out' but just as being active. Just go walking every night. You'd be shocked at how much walking 30 minutes to an hour every night will make in your weight loss journey.

Hey! Awesome on the weight loss so far! That is wonderful. Also along with Guy, I do believe walking can be of much benefit. With the weight I'am now I feel like walking and maybe some easy strenght training would help! Hope everything continues to go smoothly! :D
