Not doing too bad

Hi guys i am not doing to bad, was banded 1st oct 2012, lost 2stone 2lbs, but have come to a Plato, my fill is 7 mls in a 10 ml band, don't want much more, as going 4 hrs before hungry, coffee fills me right up, not sure how, but hey I take it, as I don't want to over eat, trying hard to eat healthy, but feel I may be eating to much fat, can any one, advise me what quantities I should be having per day, thank you in advance.

  • Your manual should tell you this and your nutritionist should also know.

  • You should go to My Fitness Pal and use the food journal. Its super easy and you can see how much protein, fat and calories you intake in a day vs what is suggested for you depending on weight/height
