OH MY GOODNESS !!!
What a massive difference such a small amount of fill can make !
I went to see Mr G this morning & he took out 1/4 ml.. no problems 1st time... GREAT ! What a relief!
the "pressure" from my chest has almost instantly dissapeared ! My fluids are going down MUCH easier!
yesterday for lunch I struggled to keep down 2 crackers & spreading cheese... it sat in my chest all day... nothing too bad... but you know what I mean. this lunchtime i've had 6.... no pain - no bagged up feeling... they've actually gone down! YEAY !!!
i'm so relieved!
I've actually had the same amount for my dinner as I had last night... BUT ! the difference tonight is... I don't want to puke everywhere tonight! lol
& I will likely be able to fit more in.... I will wait till later tho... see how I go.. (maybe take a wee spoonfull of Chris's macaroni n cheese lol ) mmmmmmm.
Can believe the difference in such a small amount!
I've now got 3.75ml in my "LapBand" it has a capacity of 7ml.
I also went to Braehead in Glasgow & have lost another 4 pounds..... YEAY !
