Nauseated Today

Banded on Tuesday, Oct 23. Really nauseated today, with a lot of stomach churning/ gurgling. Anyone else having/had this? I sure hope it ends soon. BA shakes, vitamin zero water, decaf tea, was on the menu for today, so not sure if any of this could cause the stomach upset or not. :(
