Cant Join Any Groups On Here?

I tried to log into one of the support groups. It asks for a password? The only password I have is for this app and that doesn't work:( any suggestions?

    Aw:( thanks for gettin back to me. That's too bad though... All I use is my phone cause I'm always on the go. Sucks to buy an app and only be able to use part of it. Hope you guys change it. The rest if this app is great!
