They actually gave me a full 1cc fill!! I am now at 3.8cc in 10cc band!! I have not been hungry all day... No yearn to snack.. My protien shakes have worked!! If this is how the green zone feels.. I'm so ready... I know with this fill it won't last but dang I love this... I did over do it today though... I did my workout of jogging/walking and burned more than have of what I took in today... I only netted 191 cals today..... My body definitely feels it!
