Aching Lungs After Fill

I had my first fill a few days ago, and now i feel like my lungs and chest area ache. I don't know if I'm just sick.

It's not a result of my eating because I've hardly drank much or ate much (I was on liquids and now soft foods). I had this same feeling a few days after surgery. Last time they said it was probably my diaphram healing from the hiatal hernia fix.

Anyone else ever have this problem?
