Down 4-1/2 # This Week:)

Last week I was kinda bummed out because I gained a pound. Today I weighed in 4-1/2 pounds lighter. Guess adding the walking a few miles a day- 4 days a week and increased protein does help a lot B)

Although I loose weight each week, she is still concerned ,that because I am able to eat a full cup of food each meal seems to be a big issue for her. Can anyone tell me how much you can eat each setting?

Seems to me if I am loosing consistantly, that band erosion and slippage should not be a problem. Plus I have never had anything get stuck or come up either, but then again I'm still new to this game:(

Going in for another fill next week, because she seems to think I have not hit my sweet spot yet. But for now, I can handle almost being out of the 190's. :P
