...and I feel good. A bit sore, but no big deal. I was reading some posts here and now I'm wondering if my Protein shake has been too thick all along! I didn't realize there are "clear" Protein drinks, I just chose one that mixes well with Water and have used it since surgery. My surgeon says this is fine (it goes down with no problems), but I'm wondering if something like this could cause a SLIP? Does a SLIP happen as a result of eating something you should not? How does one know if they have a slip, is it obvious?? I have had some frozen yogurt, too, and am freaking out thinking I've caused harm to my band! :phanvan
I feel really good though and realize I may be being paranoid!
