almost a year now

Just wanted to give an update and to encourage everyone. I had gastric bypass almost a year ago - November 10th - and to date I've lost a total of 138.8 pounds. I feel amazing! I look totally different! I ran my first 5K two weeks ago. It was slow, but I DID IT! A year ago I was over 300 pounds and never would I have thought that I'd be doing everything that I am now!

It was a long hard road and I still have about 40 more pounds to lose, but I am determined to lose it!

Keep on keeping on everyone! Reaching your goal IS POSSIBLE!
