Just checking to see if anyone has experienced this. I'm almost two months post op, I've been healing really good. I am cleared to start working out again and went to the gym this past Saturday and Sunday. I only did the treadmill for 25-30 minutes. It felt great to work out and I didn't push it. I felt fine on Monday but Tuesday I started have horrible pains around all of my incision sites and especially my port site.
It's gotten a little better each day but wow, how long does it take to heal? I know everyone is different but I'm a little nervous that this is how I will feel forever. It's not a lot of pain but constant when I move around. I'm going to rest this weekend and try walking very slowly again on Monday.
Did anyone else have random pains two months post op?
Also, no fills, pbs or stuck episodes ...
Thanks!
