Does Insurance Actually Pay??

Hello,

Our company is switching to either Humana or United Health Care and I'm trying to figure out if either one of them covers the procedure. I did find out that Humana does not. However, am I going about this the wrong way? My husband and I both want to get the surgery done and if our doctors say that we should have the surgery is it better to go about it that way?

Just trying to figure this all out??

Thank you!

It's not that easy to say yes or no. Some insurance providers have a clause in the contract on how much they will cover and some will flat out deny any type of WLS. You'll need to check with your individual insurance.
