Cigna please help

I am going to have my surgery on the 17th of May. The hospital called to day and gave me an estimate of 25,000.00 for the surgery cost. This is not with an overnite stay. My part is only 20 percent which is a lot of money to me but that seems to be a lot of money and higher than what most are being charged.I pay for my regular visits seperate so that cant be why. Any lite on this would really help.
