Doing things I haven't done in YEARS!!!

Got my first ever brand-new bike - just for me and am having so much fun riding around the neighborhood! I had not ridden in about 40 years, so if I can do it any body can. I am having trouble recognizing me in pictures - I was always the heaviest one but not now. I love my band and my new life, though I would like to get work done on mysaggy stomach, breasts and arms, so now I'm starting to save for that kind of work.

Congratulations! Doesn't it feel good to be outside and moving? This morning it is cool after a hot day yesterday, and I thought maybe I would go walk at the park instead of on the treadmill. I don't think that thought has EVER crossed my mind before today!
