Lap Band Fill Dr

Hi, I moved from NY to Washington State and am looking for a fill Dr that will not cost me my entire savings. (just called one, it was $250) YIKES. (it was only $100 in NY) Anyone know of a fill Dr in Tri-Cities or Yakima area. if not I will travel to Spokane also.I have also gained 10 lbs. I can eat as much of anything that I want.
