Pouch Size?

So I went in for a fill under floro and they took a pic and measured the pouch. The Doc said everything was OK and as it should be, but I am curious. Does anyone know the range of size of a healthy pouch in MM's?

Sometimes I worry about dialiation because I have never had great restriction. What are the guidelines that the Doc's use?
