I am scheduled for surgery with Dr. Madan at the Beverly Hills Surgical Center on March 31,2011. Insurance has approved the surgery and they say no out of pocket cost. I am freaking out. He has some bad press. Nothing has really come out about the exact reasons for the deaths. So I am scanning the Lap Band doctors in Orange County. He does his surgeries in a COE hospital. I can only find older posts. Are there any current patients banded or not that could give me some info.
