I am new to this forum I have been reading some of your advice very helpful !! thanks

i 'm having my OP on the 25th of february very excited but scared at the same time. Is anyone scheduled on the same day? I'm from london i'll be travelling with husband and daughter on the eurostar.

I will start my low calorie diet tomorrow for about 1 week then go on a liquid diet in the last 2 weeks prior OP, I am not sure what I should be doing to be honest  , Any advice on the pre op and post op diet are welcome.

Looking foward to your reply
