Signing in problem today

I tried to sign in today with my username and password and it said one of them was incorrect. When I tried to re-register, it said that email address was already used (yeah, by me) - so I had to register using a different email address. Why did this happen and why aren't any of the administrators or moderators able to receive new messages? You can PM me or answer on the board. Thank you.

    Also, some of the forum titles - like the list of states are squashed and I can't read them all. Is this stuff happening to everyone or just me?
