Bouncing Back

I have a question for anyone who is at or around goal. A lot of the people on this site are older and don't have very elastic skin. Many of them get what I kinda refer to as post-band reconstructive surgery to remove the excess skin.

But what about people who are younger. How much does the skin go back? Pics are appreciated but not at all necessary... Also, did anyone end up getting work done after they lost their weight?

Just curious...
