Need Lap Band Buddy / Mentor Help!!!!

Need Mentor/Buddy, Was banded in 2007 did very well lost 82 lbs but in this last yr I have gained back 31 lb and need to still lose about 90 more, but I have lost my motivation and focus.Please some one HELP!!!!!!
