Post fill swelling --- thoughts please

I am wondering how long you usually have the post fill swelling? The kind that makes you full on liquids and not really able to eat much of anything -even mush...

also wondering if anyone else sometimes gets that chest pressure and pounding heart type feeling when you swollow...

got a fill the other day,,, its bee 4 days,, i was able to eat some mashed potatoes last night ,, and wed night was able to eat some deviled ham salad on saltines with no issue...

just feeling super tight,, nothing is coming up unless i push the intake,, jut looking for the average of how long until the swelling goe down and the band loosens just a little.

ON the up side.. I am down 85lbs and below 200 for the first time in i dont know how long -- my 1st goal is only 37lb away and my final goalis only 47!! Something i can so so see acheiving!!

As an after thought here,, anyone noramally tighter during TOM???

that could be my problem,, post fill swelling and tom at the same time.
