Getting started in Indiana

I am just starting the process to see if I can get the LapBand. I am in the Lafayette area, so I am looking at St Francis Hospital in North Indy. Has anyone been there?

I go to my PCP tomorrow. Does anyone have any advice on how to talk to her about it? :)
