Has anyone submitted for approval with Cigna lately?

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has submitted for approval with Cigna lately.

If you were approved: What did you have too submit for approval (How many appointments and with who) and when did you start the entire process?

If you were denied: What reason did they give you (if you don't mind telling us).

Thanks for your time and looking forward to hearing from other Cigna folks.
