I'm starting the process of getting the LB surgery approved by my insurance. I have Cigna, and was curious if anyone else has had issues getting approved?

I did not have any trouble with Cigna. I just barely qualified with BMI over 40 and have no co-morbidities. I did what they asked (6 month diet) and provided as much as possible over a 5 year history. Was approved within 3 days. Good luck.
