reflux cure?

I just read in a magazine that sleeping on your left side helps prevent reflux.

So it seems that my husband's snoring is not all bad! I nearly always sleep on my left side as that is the position that puts me furthest away from him and his noisy snoring! At this stage I have not had a problem with reflux!:thumbup:
