Not Too Tight, Right?

I have really struggled with the acid reflux thing whenever I get a fill. In the last 5 months I'd only lost 3 lbs! (112 total). So I went to get a tiny fill today (One quarter of a cc). I feel great except that my throat is a little tight. Is this okay right after a fill ? I just don't remember. There aren't any other problems. I don't have any tightness or burning in my throat or chest. I am just paranoid. Anybody have any words of wisdom?
