In the course of my evaluation with the nutritionist, she told of an idea during the semi-sold stage of recovery. Puree cooked foods and spoon them into ice trays to freeze. When it's time to eat, pop out the food cubes you're having for that meal and microwave them.
I'm not there yet, but in theory it sounds like a good idea to me. Please let me know if any of you have tried this and how well it worked. Thanks!
