Hi all!
I'm on my 2nd fill and was banded 12/17/09 with Dr. DeBarros of WLIA and I'm down almost 50 lbs (yay!). I have to say that a lot of that success is because I've had an amazing personal trainer for the last year. He was with me through all of the 6 month insurance procedure, surgery and now and he's just been awesome, so I figured I'd give him a shout out here in case any locals were looking for a trainer familiar with the band process.
His name is Scott Abel and his website is Home Page
He is definitely a more core oriented trainer and less strength or aerobic but he still is helping whip my fat ass in to shape :scared2:
