"Aftercare" Question

Hello,

I am having my lapband done via 'The Hospital Group' on Tuesday. The package I've bought includes "28 days aftercare".. - I've asked them what this specifically means but, I'm guessing that it means after 28 days I'm "on my own" with it.

I'm just wondering what "care" is available to me on the NHS if I've done this privately? And what "care" might I need (apart from post-op xray and fills/unfills)
