what to do

I had lap band done in july 09 have lost 33 kilo just about at my goal weight but now have extra skin arms legs and tummy I know i wont be happy until that is gone so can any one help with the type of surgery i need to have cause i dont know what type is need. Also how long would i take to recover from this operation :(
