I have been walking for a year and wanted to kick it up a bit, i found a workout room down the road at the pool. So, mwf's i walk there, and do the stationary bike, weights, treadmill, and elliptical and walk home. On t/th's i do the bike, treadmill and then get in the pool and do like 3 exercises there.
because i do the recumbant bike 5 days a week, two of those days i sprint and 3 of those days i do endurance, so far i am not doing a ton of time on each piece of equipment, but everyday i go i make it a little harder, i am looking forward to seeing results, i am one month pre-op, and have been cleared for all of this, it's exciting, i love having a plan instead of walking in there and feeling stupid, it works,
