  1. I had my band surgery on 3/18/11 by Dr. Manuele. He has been fantastic and I could not have found a better DR. I got my first fill today and things are going great. I would love to keep in touch so we can compare notes. This is my 2 post so I am not a pro at this but I will try to keep an eye out for you.
  2. I am getting banded on 3/18/11. It was supposed to be 3/1/11 and I had already done my 2 week optifast diet. Well, went to doctor this morning and the insurance screwed up the hospital so now I have to start over. Yep, 2 more weeks of optifast starting on 3/4/11. I wanted to cry at the dr today but I will suck it up and just count it as extra time to prepare. Lost 10 lbs on optifast and it is not as bad as you think. The chocolate is better than the vanilla but they were both pretty good.
