  1. Well I've been all over the place with my band. Up, down and everything in between. Initially I lost almost 100 pounds but I've gained, lost, gained many times during that six years. I've had my band replaced once because of a slip. I've really been struggling lately! I'm almost back up to my pre-surgery weight. Although, I've been seeing my doctor more regularly and am trying, again, to find the "perfect" adjustment. I tend to do so much better when I'm right on the line of being too tight. It's been quite a roller coaster. I'm starting an exercise class tonight so I'm hoping that will bring me back to reality.
  2. Hello all-my first time visiting lapbandtalk.com. Very excited about re-connecting with fellow banders. My surgery was 6 years ago in August. Went to a support group meeting last night for the first time in a VERY long time. It felt good.
