    Hi my name is Benny and i am new to the forums. I got my lap band done on september 28, 2010. I currently weigh 344 pounds. Its been almost a week and i was wondering when people got their lapband done if they were put on a liquid diet for the first week and a half?? What do you guys drink or eat on this diet?? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
