    Hi There, I'm from Scotland and have just joined this forum today. Total newbie. Currently looking at travelling to Belgium for the op with Surgical Obesity Solutions at @£4700 inc aftercare. I would still need to pay flights from Glasgow to Brussells but thankkfully have some airmiles I could use for that. I can empathise with everything you've said above and I've finally decided its timeto act. My biggest hurdle is I've not told hubby who is not going to agree to my spending nearly 5K of family money. But I'm going to wait until I've saved some of my boneses from work and sold a few of my own shares then I'll be closer to target and hopefully be easier to persuade him! Nellie
