  1. I ws banded on 9/25 and have experienced the same feelings...I called my dr. and got rx for zophran but I got dry heaves when I tried that. However, most people can tolerate that med. It is just a pill that dissolves on your tonque. I finally realized that it ws the whey Protein bullets from Walmart making me sick, Today I switched to Isopure from GNC and have had a good day . I have not been able to get in all of my liquids either ...all I can do is try again tomorrow!!do, keep trying! We will make it through these yucky days!
  2. I was banded last Sat.,9/25 and felt fine until Thursday...then I started the Protein bullets and have felt horrible ever since..I ahd to stop the bullets because they made me so sick! I even had dry heaves when I tried to take Zophran...it's miserable..it is an ordeal to drink 48 oz. of Water and get the protein in...right now, I feel like a failure but I have faith that things will get better. I also had the hernia repair. Jan in rockingham, NC
  3. Hi! I was banded last Saturday and have done ok with liquids until today...I feel yucky, to say the least...the popsicles and Jello have started making me feel slightly nauseus due to the sweetness...I am struggling with the Protein but I am determined to get it in..I wonder if the resistance to the sweet taste is normal...I have always loved sweets but right now I don't think I can tolerate a popsicle or jello.. Sorry to complain..hopefully, tonight I can find some really tasty shake recipes because I can have those tomorrow!! Jan in Rockingham
