I had the lapband 2 years ago. I have lost a little over 30 pounds...It keeps me from overeating..but it is not the only thing to lose weight .You must exercise which I have not done. After the last fill, I have had problems with acid reflux. I need to eat when it bothers me..something small..Wondering about having the sleeve surgeury instead..my doctor said he would do it..but I am not sure I want another surgery..I am just going to try being more active.
