    You certainly did you research and enjoy your trip. I am still considering the band, I had my 1st appointment tonight. I must admit I am a lil scared. Simply because everything else has failed, so part of me wonders if this will work. I'm not sure where i will land, but as I read things like your post it makes me see the enormous benefits. Inside i don't feel as large as I am. But when I look in the mirror I saw wow something needs to happen! Im glad this option is out there! And thanks a lot for sharing your personal experience.
