  1. Perfect Surgeon.I'm a Band over Bypass. Had the bypass 9 yrs ago. Lost 100 gained back after honeymoon 40.I'm looking for advise on how to keep from over eating. We have the band tightened in front of xray. Its tight.I still can and do eat too much. My loss in under 5 lbs. The Dr. showed me how after all these yrs my esophagus had stretched. So, the way I understand it is after the pouch is full the food then loads into the esp.I guess I could have no pouch and still have a problem. Can other members share their experiences. Thanks
