My bariatric story

For years I have started becoming over weight and alway thought that i could just excerise and eat right......But the older I got that trick did not work anymore....and now my health was becoming an issue....I was borden line diabetic and had high blood pressure for the last 5 years or longer......and I sure was not getting any younger.....I have study and investigate alot on the Lapband surgery for over a year.....and finally decided to go for it.....January 27th 2010 was my first visit for my initial visit with my family dr........I committed to this whole heartedly.....never missed an appointment........I can honestly say that this is the best thing that I could ever have done for myself and will be devoted to this the rest of my life....I feel so much better already....I have not had acid reflux since the day that I walked out of the hospital.
